Who we areStrata Global is pleased to announce the launch of its new Discretionary Management division.
Following the approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of its application to be Managing Investments on a discretionary basis, Strata is launching its first portfolio on the 1st September structure with a £30m seed. This is the first of a number of innovative portfolio launches over the next year that will be enabled by the approval of this permission by the FCA.
This important regulatory milestone enhances Strata’s regulatory capabilities and enables the Firm to provide discretionary and advisory investment management services alongside its existing advisory, brokerage and capital markets activities, supporting the continued growth of our institutional investment offering.
Earlier this year Strata Global Limited also received it’s cryptoasset registration and are officially registered under both FSMA and the Money Laundering Regulations (5AMLD/MLRs).
